Terms of Use
These terms apply to Music Orchestrator, the public website at www.musicorchestrator.com, and the macOS app published by RQM Technologies LLC.
Use of the app
Music Orchestrator is provided as a macOS scorewriting and orchestration tool. You are responsible for your own scores, files, backups, exports, and use of the app in your composing, education, arranging, copying, or publishing workflow.
Your content
You retain ownership of the music, documents, lyrics, notation, metadata, imports, exports, and other content you create or open with Music Orchestrator. The app is designed around local document workflows and user-selected file access.
Import and export limits
MusicXML, Standard MIDI, PDF, and migration-related features are provided within the supported scope of the current app. Unsupported notation, sequencer data, layout detail, or proprietary workflow details may not import or export perfectly.
No proprietary affiliation
Music Orchestrator is not affiliated with Finale, MakeMusic, Dorico, Sibelius, MuseScore, Apple, or any other proprietary notation product or platform owner unless expressly stated. Product names may be used only to describe compatibility, migration, or user workflow context.
App Store distribution
When Music Orchestrator is distributed through the Mac App Store, Apple terms may also apply to download, purchase, family sharing, refunds, and platform services. These terms do not replace any applicable Apple terms.
Warranty and liability
Music Orchestrator is provided without a guarantee that every score, import, export, engraving, playback preparation, or workflow will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RQM Technologies LLC is not liable for lost work, lost profits, or indirect damages from use of the app.
